Dar Al Inayah Medical Complex is committed to protecting the privacy of our website users and our clients. This policy explains what data we collect through dar-alinayah.com and its forms, why we collect it, where we store it and for how long, and how you can exercise your rights over it.

2. Information we collect

2.1 Information you provide yourself

• Booking and contact forms: only your name and the department you need. We do not ask for your mobile number in these forms — if you continue the chat on WhatsApp after sending, we receive your number from WhatsApp itself, as we would from any sender.
• “Play & Win”: your name and WhatsApp number, and a short device fingerprint to prevent the prize from being claimed more than once on the same device
• Job applications: name, mobile number, email, position applied for, date of birth, nationality, city and CV
• Reviews: name, mobile number, department, rating and review text

2.2 Information we collect automatically

• Visit data: the pages you visit, the duration and the device used
• Visit source with your booking request: along with your request, we store the page you sent it from and the source that brought you to us (an ad, a search or a link) — so we know which of our channels are useful to our visitors
• Contact button clicks: we record clicks on the “WhatsApp” or “Call” button (the page, the time, the device type and the visit source) without any data that identifies you — no name and no number, and the IP address is not stored as is, only a short fingerprint of it to avoid counting the same click twice. The sole purpose is to measure visitors’ interest in our services, and we cannot link this click to your WhatsApp conversation

3. Why we use your information, and on what basis

• Responding to your booking or contact request and arranging your appointment: because you asked us to contact you.
• Managing “Play & Win” prizes: because you signed up for it.
• Reviewing your job application and contacting you about it: because you submitted it.
• Publishing reviews: we may display a review on the website after checking it, and we never display the mobile number.
• Measuring visits and the effectiveness of our ads, and improving the website: our legitimate interest in knowing what brings visitors to us and what is useful to them — while protecting medical condition pages (section 5). You may refuse cookies through your browser settings.
• Marketing: we do not send marketing messages without your consent, and you can withdraw it at any time (section 8).
• Legal obligations: when a regulation in Saudi Arabia requires us to retain or provide data.

4. Is providing your data mandatory?

Your name and department are needed to send a booking or contact form, and without them the form cannot be sent. Your mobile number is not requested in it. After sending, a prepared WhatsApp chat opens for you; if you choose to send it, we receive your number from WhatsApp, and if you do not send it, no number reaches us. You can also contact us directly by phone or WhatsApp instead of the form. Cookies are optional and you can refuse them in your browser settings without affecting booking or contact.

5. Sharing information and where it is stored

We may share your information with:

• Technical service providers (such as booking and appointment management systems) under data protection agreements
• Analytics and advertising platforms (Google, Meta, TikTok, Snapchat and Microsoft Clarity): they receive browsing data through cookies — pages, device, interaction and visit source — to measure visits and ad effectiveness. Booking forms do not send your name or mobile number to any advertising platform, and the Snapchat, TikTok and Clarity tools are not loaded on medical condition pages. • Government authorities when there is a legal requirement

Where your data is stored: the website’s servers and database — including booking requests and forms — are hosted by the hosting company Hostinger in Germany, that is, outside the Kingdom. The analytics and advertising platforms mentioned above process browsing data on their own servers, which may also be outside the Kingdom.

6. How long we keep your data

• Booking and contact requests, “Play & Win” entries, job applications and reviews: we do not delete them automatically — we keep them to follow up on your request and as a record of our communication with you, and we delete them whenever you ask us to, unless a regulation requires us to keep them.
• Medical records at the complex: kept for the period set by the Saudi Ministry of Health.
• Cookies: up to 13 months; the duration of each cookie is listed in the cookie policy.

7. Protecting information

We take appropriate security measures to protect your data, including:

• Encrypted connections (HTTPS)
• Restricting access to data to the relevant staff only
• Periodic review of security procedures

8. Your rights and withdrawing your consent

You have the right to:

• Access the data we hold about you and obtain a copy of it
• Correct any inaccurate information
• Request deletion of your data (to the extent permitted by the regulations)
• Withdraw your consent to marketing messages at any time — withdrawing it is as easy as giving it: one WhatsApp message or one call
